Stryker is seeking an experienced production shift lead in the United Kingdom to coordinate and optimise manufacturing line performance. You will train trainers, monitor KPIs for safety, quality and productivity, and provide active coaching to operators to keep production on track.
You will work closely with Operations Supervisors to minimise downtime, follow the production plan, and ensure timely builds with NPI teams while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.
