We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated sales professional who will be responsible for driving Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Robotics business in Greater Manchester. Key Responsibilities- Developing an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
- Delivering annual sales targets as well as other key performance objectives.
- Building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS & private medical sector; these include, consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals.
- Grow the utilization of the Mako system by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
- Provide complete reports and associated metrics to management and regulatory department.
- Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment to drive sales.
- Providing in theatre product support for manual cases.
- Working effectively as a part of a team.
- Attending and participating in key professional congresses and events.
- Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, market knowledge.
- Positive attitude, a "can do" solution orientated approach to succeed.
- Self-motivated, you take ownership of your work and need no prompting to drive your learning, productivity, change, and outcomes.

This role reports into the Regional Sales Manager North West & Northern Ireland. Ideally the candidate should be located in the Greater Manchester area.
