As a Product Manager, you will be the local leader of the CMF portfolio.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) for the UK CMF business.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor intelligence and customer insights and make recommendations on areas of strategic focus.
  • Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans to drive growth of the CMF portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leading customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer groups, including what customers value and how they perceive different attributes of the product or portfolio, and why customers buy Stryker products or services.
  • Articulate why the product or portfolio adds value or solves problems for the customer and create marketing strategies to develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolio.
  • Understand key competitors within the UK CMF market, and their relative strengths/weaknesses, and maintain networks of people and resources for obtaining competitive information.
  • Apply clinical knowledge in combination with technical knowledge to educate and articulate value.
  • Work closely with Medical Education and events teams to set the MedEd strategy for the local-market, including the planning, organisation and execution of key UK marketing and MedEd events.
  • Work closely with sales training/sales enablement to set the sales training strategy for the product or portfolio.
  • Responsible for local-market product lifecycle management and obsolescence planning.
  • Responsible for developing commercialisation plans for new product launches.
  • Establish short-range and long-range improvement goals for the product management team, and under guidance, develop action plans to achieve those goals.
  • Work closely with the CMF management team to ensure execution of the strategy and track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales.

  • We are looking for an individual with either experience within the Medical device industry or previous Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organisational authority.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Valid UK drivers licence.

United Kingdom Pay Range: 44,700 - 74,500 GBP Annual.
