As a Product Manager, you will be the local leader of the CMF portfolio.
What you will do:
- Lead the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) for the UK CMF business.
- Analyse market trends, competitor intelligence and customer insights and make recommendations on areas of strategic focus.
- Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans to drive growth of the CMF portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leading customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer groups, including what customers value and how they perceive different attributes of the product or portfolio.
- Articulate why the product or portfolio adds value or solves problems for the customer and create marketing strategies to enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolio.
- Understand key competitors within the UK CMF market, and their relative strengths/weaknesses.
- Apply clinical knowledge in combination with technical knowledge to educate and articulate value.
- Work closely with Medical Education and events teams to set the MedEd strategy for the local-market.
- Work closely with sales training/sales enablement to set the sales training strategy for the product or portfolio.
- Responsible for local-market product lifecycle management and obsolescence planning.
- Responsible for developing commercialisation plans for new product launches.
- Establish short-range and long-range improvement goals for the product management team.
- Work closely with the CMF management team to ensure execution of the strategy and track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales.

- Experience within the Medical device industry or previous Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Valid UK drivers licence.
