You will liaise with C-Suite, procurement, and supply chain leaders, steering multi-division deals and value-based propositions. You’ll shape cross-divisional opportunities, manage contracts and pricing, and support market-access alignment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in select Enterprise accounts
  • Design and implement strategic account plans and coordinate across the matrix organization
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and inform senior leadership of opportunities
  • Lead contractual negotiations and develop bespoke value propositions for accounts
  • Collaborate with COE functions in Europe and Market Access to drive value-based offerings
  • Support cross-divisional opportunities and align strategies with Government Affairs and Health Economics
  • Monitor contract compliance and drive cross-divisional growth
  • Support training, market data gathering, and competitive analysis
  • Accelerate sales processes with supply chain teams and remove obstacles
  • Develop and manage annual account reports and cross-divisional tenders and pricing

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a commercial role (strategic selling, key account management, business development, etc.)
  • Proven success in medical device industry and Private Sector experience
  • Ability to influence senior internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills for win/win outcomes
  • Deep understanding of customer purchasing and tendering processes
  • Solid grasp of Sales & Marketing strategies and financial literacy (P&L)
  • Knowledge of country medical economy and preferred CRM experience
  • Proficient with MS Office; presentation skills
