What you will do
- Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy.

- Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing.

- Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business.
- Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counselling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures.
- Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development.
- Hold the team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organisational authority.
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
