The Role
As a Sales Business Manager, you will own and grow a territory across the West Midlands. You will operate as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to spine surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role requiring deep surgical credibility, resilience, and the ability to win and defend business in a highly competitive market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth and market share across the Spine portfolio
- Managing and developing key surgeon relationships and KOLs
- Supporting complex cases in operating theatres, including trauma and emergency procedures
- Executing territory strategy, product launches, and competitive conversions
- Delivering high-level clinical and product education to surgeons and theatre teams
- Collaborating closely with Sales Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams to exceed targets

What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in surgical or medical device sales, ideally within orthopaedics, spine, trauma, or another theatre-based specialty
- Demonstrated success managing high-value territories and key hospital accounts
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement, and tender processes
- Proven ability to support and sell in live operating theatre environments
- Excellent territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at consultant level
- A results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Full UK driving licence
