Tasks and responsibilities may include:
The position of Product Excellence Co-Op is within the Product Excellence Team in Stryker Belfast R&D. The Product Excellence team is a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, electronic engineers and design engineers that supports the production of new and existing products in our AED portfolio of products.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of design change projects, by supporting the team of engineerswithin the Product Excellence team.
- Assist in the development of Research and Development technical documentation.
- Assist in engineering investigations and analysis.
- Execution of protocols to verify and validate solutions against their requirements.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks according to established timelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation for Design Reviews.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for medical device regulatory submissions.
What you will need:
Knowledge and Capabilities:
- Basic knowledge of electronics.
- Basic knowledge of, or exposure to an object orientated programming language, e.g., C, C++or C#.
- Builds productive internal working relationships.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

- Studying for a third level qualification in either electronics, design engineering, biomedical engineering or a related discipline.
