Staff Electronics Engineer As part of our R&D team, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative defibrillator technology and supporting systems that help save lives around the world. Independently design and develop electrical components and subsystems for medical devices. Develop, apply, and execute advanced electrical test methods, prototyping activities, and verification strategies. Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex electrical design issues using sound engineering judgement. Lead the creation and maintenance of engineering documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, design descriptions, and work instructions. Mentor colleagues on engineering practices, quality system requirements, industry standards, and design control processes. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant engineering industry. Advanced knowledge of electrical components, manufacturing methods, and common failure modes. Ability to interpret, analyse, and evaluate electrical designs and system-level interactions. Working knowledge of the electrical design and development process. Proficiency in engineering documentation, data analysis, quality management systems, and change control processes. Experience using circuit analysis tools, test automation concepts, software-to-hardware interface tools, and object-oriented programming languages such as C, C++, or C#.
