What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across NHS and private healthcare.
  • Drive recurring revenue and continuous growth across the Patient Handling portfolio.
  • Manage complex capital sales cycles for high-value equipment.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and product performance.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clinical training.
  • Accurately forecast, report, and manage key account activity.
  • Represent Stryker at sales meetings, training events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Consistently achieve annual sales targets and key performance objectives.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree (BA/BSc) in Biomedical/Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling medical or surgical capital equipment (desirable, not essential).
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to work within a diverse, high-performance environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
