We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team! If you are passionate about making a difference in patients\’ lives through innovative healthcare products, this is the opportunity for you.
This role is within Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) business unit, offering high-quality implant and capital products for spinal fracture treatment and pain management. We seek an ambitious sales professional eager to drive growth in their territory.
As an IVS Sales Rep, you\’ll have the chance to sell products that benefit patients and transform healthcare, with opportunities for career growth and development.
What you will do:
- Pitch capital products that save costs and support hospital sustainability goals
- Build long-term relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales plans, support pricing strategies, and negotiate deals
- Track sales progress, forecast accurately, and communicate insights
- Educate and support healthcare professionals onsite about product use and maintenance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pitch and illustrate cost-saving capital products to stakeholders
- Support customers in achieving sustainability goals
- Prospect new customers and maintain existing accounts
- Develop technical skills for clinical staff in-service
- Introduce new products per launches and training plans
- Expand account penetration through value-added programs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Support interventional procedures in theatre
- Manage pipeline using CRM Salesforce
- Develop business plans based on growth opportunities
- Participate in planning and market activities
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders

What you need:
- Training or degree in medical/scientific/technical or related experience
- Ownership mentality with results focus
- Drive and desire to succeed

- Commercial acumen, knowledge of NHS/medical sector advantageous
- Fluent English
- Valid driver’s license
