We have just the opportunity for you as a Sales Associate, in the exciting and fast-paced medical devices market that is Head & Neck across the North East UK, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Durham & Darlington. You will be responsible for supporting the increase of sales in your territory by working closely with an experienced Sales Manager as well as a Sales Representative, developing and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need
- B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
- Some sales or business experience would be ideal / advantageous if you have but not essential.
- Natural ease to take ‘ownership’
- Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win.
- Somebody aligned to our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
- Team player
- Sporting / competitive background (not essential).
