The Role: As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with an experienced Sales Representative to support the growth of Stryker’s Endoscopy Visualisation portfolio within a defined territory. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that will see you regularly working in hospital and operating room environments. You will gain first‑hand experience of medical sales while developing new skills, knowledge and confidence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Sales Representatives in managing and growing a defined sales territory
  • Building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff
  • Providing in‑theatre product support and assisting with procedures
  • Delivering product training and education to healthcare professionals
  • Supporting product trials and evaluations in clinical settings
  • Managing stock, loan kits and consignment inventory within hospitals
  • Identifying new business opportunities and feeding insights back to the sales team
  • Always acting with patient safety, ethics and customer service as top priorities

What we’re looking for:

  • A BSc degree in Biomedical/Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • An interest in medical devices, anatomy and physiology
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, driven attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in hospital and operating room environments
  • Commercial awareness and a keen interest in selling and relationship‑building
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Previous sales experience is not essential.
