Position Summary:

We are seeking an outgoing and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mako Field Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, performing installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing of Mako robotic systems. You will also manage tasks effectively to ensure all work is completed on schedule. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and time management skills. A first-class Mako Field Service Technician demonstrates leadership, excellent service orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
  • Install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic systems.
