What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Some healthcare, clinical or sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong ownership mentality and desire to succeed

The Role
This is an exciting entry point into the dynamic world of Spine medical devices. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives to support and grow sales within your territory.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to drive growth in targeted accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
- Support customer education and training in the operating room and clinical settings
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on patient outcomes
- Represent Stryker with professionalism, integrity, and passion at all times
