We are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for a Sales Associate position.

We have a great opportunity in the exciting and fast paced medical devices market with our Maxillofacial division, supporting specifically the Maxillofacial surgeons and clinicians. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in Maxillofacial. Our comprehensive and innovative portfolio features maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles and patient-specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures. You will be working closely with an experienced sales team, helping to develop and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales team to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need
- B.A. or B.S 2:1 degree, ideally in a science or business-based subject – advantageous if you have but not essential – (or equivalent level experience)
- Some sales or business experience would be ideal but not essential.
