Stryker is seeking an Operations Associate in the United Kingdom to provide manufacturing, product and process coordination on the production line, and to train operators and trainers. You will partner with Operations Supervisors to reduce downtime, monitor KPIs for Safety, Quality and Productivity, coach staff, manage production flow and ensure the Production Schedule is followed.
