The Team Leader, Pricing has a key role in leading the commercial department with regards to Pricing and Business Analysis. In close collaboration with the Senior Commercial Manager and Pricing team, you are responsible for the overall coordination of the pricing policy and for the overall business analysis.

What you will do:

  • Pricing: Lead and coordinate activities within the team ensuring deadlines are met. Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the pricing policy. Ensure price data entry for all divisional SKU’s actively sold. Maintain accurate records and updates of price lists (Oracle system). Creation of customer-specific price lists related to new contracts and public tenders. Prevent, investigate and resolve invoice disputes related to pricing/contracts/taxation issues. Communicate with customers and provide customized pricing master data. Support the divisional Sales & Marketing teams with new item activations, price uploads or price modifications. Ensure proper execution of the local contracts, rebates & discount policies. Coordinate, lead and implement the recurrent strategic price changes – export price lists, validate products in/out of scope, calculate impact, develop and upload new general/customized master data. Support and enable the product pricing integration of newly acquired companies. Develop close and strong collaboration with multiple cross functional stakeholders.
  • Business analysis: Monthly market overviews and supports the management team with reporting materials. Connect market insights with tender opportunities & management. Reporting and insights Win big together deals Reporting for internal and external customers.
  • General: Provide market vs sales reporting on a monthly basis to leadership team. Periodically present updates in meetings.

What you will need:

  • 8 + Years of relevant work experience in Pricing management.
  • Bachelor’s degree (commercial sciences, business administration, finance, accounting, IT…)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PPT & Excel).
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
