As a Marketing Intern in the UK Instruments team, you will support Product Managers in shaping strategy and driving key initiatives to make healthcare better, across the UK. This exciting opportunity, working within the Neurosurgical, IVS, CMF & ENT marketing team, is ideal for someone who is curious about how cutting‑edge medical technologies are brought to market. The internship will provide you with hands‑on experience in marketing, product management, clinical education, HCP engagement, and cross functional collaboration.

What you will do:

  • Assist the Product Managers in executing key marketing and strategic initiatives across the UK.
  • Develop an understanding of the UK healthcare market, our customers, and specific products and portfolios within the Instruments business.
  • Understand key market trends, customer insights and competitor intel.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer engagement events, medical education, and team meetings.
  • Analyse data, track the performance of marketing initiatives, and gather feedback to improve future strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and managing tools for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with materials to engage effectively with customers.
  • Manage your own projects from scoping through to completion, under the supervision of a Product Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally, with marketing, sales, operations, etc., to execute marketing initiatives.

What you will need:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Medical Sciences, Business, or Engineering (you may currently be completing your final year).
  • Strong interest in a future career in marketing, sales, or business management.
