We are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for a Sales Associate position. We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector who is looking for a highly talented individual to join a supportive, ambitious and fun team! The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need to already possess the knowledge or experience of this role but most importantly you will need to possess the inner traits required to succeed. In the exciting and fast paced medical devices market that is Head & Neck, specifically within the Craniomaxillofacial & Neuro specialty, you will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in both Maxillofacial & Neuro accounts.
Our comprehensive consumables portfolio features maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, neuro closure and patient‑specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures. You will be working closely with an experienced Sales Manager and develop fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need:
- B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business‑based subject or equivalent experience
