As a Senior Marketing Manager at UW you'll be responsible for driving our capabilities and marketing to deliver best in class customer engagement and value management, focused on Retention. The role will mainly cover:
- Own and execute the in-life retention workstream for UW's multi-service customer base.
- Drive the evolution of churn propensity models, working closely with commercial and data teams to translate model outputs into actionable marketing interventions.
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders such as Customer Service, Operations, Data Science and Analytics, Product, and CX to deliver the FY27 objectives and targets.
- Own the 'so what' of retention data, showing a deep understanding and ability to delve into dashboards and translate the insight into clear action.
- Management Responsibility for the professional development, performance management, and coaching of a Marketing Manager, ensuring they are motivated and delivering to a high standard.
