The Role
- Performance Improvement
- London or Geneva based, primarily working with Vitol Investment, and REAP teams
- Work hands-on within Vitol and its investment companies to rapidly identify, scope, and deliver performance improvement initiatives
- Get into the detail of how businesses operate — conducting diagnostics, challenging the status quo, and driving actionable outcomes
- Work with Vitol teams to implement and embed improvements at pace
- Identify and act on opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools to accelerate performance outcomes in the portfolio
- Work directly with Vitol's Data Science and AI teams to pilot and deploy AI‑driven solutions in Portfolio companies
