Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate pricing activities within the team, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate implementation of the pricing policy and manage Oracle pricing data.
- Maintain accurate pricing records, SKU listings, and customer‑specific price lists for new contracts and public tenders.
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes related to pricing, contracts or taxation issues.
- Communicate pricing changes to customers and support Divisional Sales & Marketing teams with activations, uploads and discount policy execution.
- Coordinate strategic price changes: export price lists, validate scope, calculate impact and upload new master data.
- Support integration of newly acquired companies into Stryker’s product pricing system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including Tenders & Contracts, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Finance and Customers.
- Support divisional and cross‑divisional pricing strategies with data analysis.
- Provide pricing training, coaching and account‑plan support to Sales Managers and the salesforce.
- Deliver SOX controls in close collaboration with Finance on a monthly basis.
- Support the tenders and contracts team with annual CPI related clauses and calculations.
- Develop automated tools and support strategic pricing projects.
- Facilitate annual divisional price increases, ensuring margin calculations, price strategy, new price settings and master‑data development per COE process.
- Conduct monthly market overviews, connect insights to tender opportunities and provide internal and external reporting.
- Provide market‑vs‑sales reporting and present updates to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in pricing management.
- Bachelor’s degree in commercial sciences, business administration, finance, accounting, IT or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Preferred people‑management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
