We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Spine Marketing team on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract, supporting key marketing activities across a fast‐paced, clinically complex portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross‐functionally, managing detail, and supporting the delivery of high‐quality campaigns and materials.
The RoleAs a Marketing Associate, you will provide hands‐on support to the Spine Marketing and Sales team, helping to ensure projects, campaigns and operational activities run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, launches and initiatives
- Coordinating marketing materials, collateral updates and asset management
- Assisting with event support, including congresses, internal meetings and training sessions
- Working with sales, clinical and global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Managing administrative tasks such as POs, budgeting support, tracking timelines and reporting
- Supporting compliance processes to ensure materials meet regulatory and internal standards
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn. You are likely to have:
- Some experience in marketing, communications or a commercial support role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
