What the day will look like:

It’s a rare opportunity to develop a long‑term career at the heart of one of Aon’s fastest‑growing transaction advisory practices.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Experience in the insurance industry (e.g., broking or underwriting property & casualty or specialty lines).
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical approach and enthusiastic appetite to learn and develop your skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Progress toward or completion of relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., ACII).
- Language skills: English (additional foreign language skills beneficial).
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule.

In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce. Our agile environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon.
