We're looking for a commercially minded Legal Adviser to join our dynamic UK-based legal team primarily supporting Aon's Reinsurance businesses, including securities and strategic consulting. What the day will look like:
- Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to support Aon's Reinsurance businesses.
- Advise on client and reinsurer contracts and related legal matters, helping shape compliant and sustainable opportunities.
- Identify and manage legal risks, escalating issues where needed to protect business outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK, Poland, and India to ensure aligned legal, compliance and risk support.
- Build trusted relationships across the business, balancing challenge with high service standards.
- Contribute to projects on process improvement, risk mitigation, and legal policy development.
- Support Aon's pro bono and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, promoting community engagement and social impact.
- Work cross-functionally to drive key initiatives and model Aon's values.
