Job Summary
Work Flexibility: Onsite inspector, quality shift: night shift Monday-Thursday 8:00 pm to 6:30 am. Location: Belfast.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and/or visual inspection to specification using gauges and other inspection equipment.
- Inspect materials and components.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and verify FAI data, including statistical analysis, is acceptable.
- Read and inspect to specifications and/or inspection guide sheets / instructions.
- Review, analyze, inspect and archive Design History Records (DHRs) in compliance with GMP/GDP requirements prior to release to finished goods.
- Execute computer system transactions related to router inspections.
- Segregate, quarantine and complete documentation for non-conforming materials when necessary.
- Initiate quarantine tickets (non-conformance reports).
- Perform product release disposition tasks in the ERP system.
- Support the achievement of Inspection Team’s KPIs.
- Work to forecasts and plans based on business requirements.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Proven self‑motivated ability to prioritize and resolve competing priorities.
- Previous experience working in an electronics environment is beneficial.
