Aon Credit Solutions are currently looking for a Client Manager to join our Credit Solutions Global Clients team. This is a hybrid role providing flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our offices based in Reading, London or Chelmsford.

What a Day Will Look Like
- You will work as part of a multi‑skilled broking team, supporting Client Directors in managing strategic and global client relationships while maintaining responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.
- The successful candidate will engage with clients, insurers, and colleagues to manage day‑to‑day policy administration activities, including:
- Gather and analyse client requirements to prepare comprehensive market submissions, proactively follow up with insurers for coverage indications, present terms, and prepare detailed renewal reports.
- Identify and support new business opportunities, collaborating with the team to achieve individual and collective new business targets.
- Manage policy renewals within your own client portfolio and assist Client Directors in the renewal process for global and strategic clients.
- Coordinate with colleagues across the Aon global network to support global client programs.
- Prepare for and attend client and insurer meetings or conference calls, ensuring timely follow‑up on meeting notes and action items.
- Oversee the credit limit process, including applications, follow‑ups, and providing feedback to clients.
- Support clients with non‑payment notifications and coordinate with insurers as needed.
- Assist with the claims submission and broking process to ensure efficient resolution.
- Negotiate policy wordings and ensure the timely delivery of accurate policy documentation.
- Provide clients with training and guidance on policy terms and conditions to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Collect and analyse policy and market data, producing insightful reports and professional presentations.
