Aligned to our London office with hybrid flexibility, this role allows you to deliver your best work from home, the office, and client locations.
What the day will look like:
- Reporting to business leaders on the revenue growth for your clients and ensuring you meet your financial targets.
- Overseeing the different elements of the client team to deliver the best of Aon to your clients.
- Looking at how you can introduce other Aon services to your clients.
- Working to support new business opportunities, including those that come from your own network.

We are looking for someone with excellent client‑relationship skills, comfortable meeting and exceeding financial targets. Ideally you will have experience in employee benefits, though benefits technology experience is not required. You should be able to operate at a senior level with clients, thrive in a complex deadline‑driven environment, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
