The role

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team, covering South Wales and Bristol. In this role, you will:

  • Drive sales growth across your territory
  • Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses and clinical teams
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to deliver long-term success
  • Provide on-site support in theatre, using your product knowledge to advise on safe and effective use

This is a hands-on role where your ability to think on your feet and add value in clinical environments will set you apart.

What you’ll need

  • A degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in science or business
  • Proven sales experience (medical device or healthcare sales preferred)

  • Confidence working in surgical/theatre environments
