The Role
To undertake Rural valuations, management and general Rural consultancy in the Suffolk and the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Responsible for the delivery of the valuations work stream in Suffolk and the surrounding area.
- Undertake valuations for a range of purposes including loan security, tax, inheritance and estate planning (rural, residential and development/planning appraisal).
- Work with colleagues and the Head of Rural Team to develop all work streams.
- Produce high quality, detailed and professional reports to our clients in line with agreed timescales.
- Undertake general Rural consultancy and management work as required.
- Provide professional and reasoned advice to our clients at all times.

- Experience in working in a regional setting potentially covering more than one office location.
