To undertake Rural valuations, management and general Rural consultancy in the Suffolk and the surrounding area.

Requirements

  • Responsible for the delivery of the valuations work stream in Suffolk and the surrounding area.
  • Undertake valuations for a range of purposes including loan security, tax, inheritance and estate planning (rural, residential and development/planning appraisal).
  • Work with colleagues and the Head of Rural Team to develop all work streams.
  • Produce high quality, detailed and professional reports to our clients in line with agreed timescales.
  • Undertake general Rural consultancy and management work as required.
  • Provide professional and reasoned advice to our clients at all times.

Experience

  • Experience in agricultural and rural residential valuations.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and mapping software.
  • Experience in working in a regional setting potentially covering more than one office location.
