Role Overview:
This is a pivotal role, and the Sales Manager will lead all sales activities for driving revenue growth across the UK and international markets. This role requires a proven sales leader who can lead a team to manage key accounts, build new business, and develop distributor relationships, whilst mentoring and motivating the team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in line with company growth objectives.
- Deliver agreed sales revenue and profit targets (quarterly and annual).
- Identify new opportunities across healthcare, special education, and other sectors globally.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve KPIs.
