£41,500 + Door to Door (1 in 4 call out) Leeds. Winner Recruitment is working with an outstanding family run service provider looking to grow their Mechanical team. They are seeking commercial gas engineers to perform a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance across commercial & retail sites throughout the UK.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform a mixture of PPM & reactive maintenance on commercial gas appliances such as boilers, pipework, valves and ventilation.
  • Carry out maintenance on plumbing, including replacing taps and repairing leaks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safe operation of gas systems.
  • Diagnose faults in gas appliances and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Assemble components as needed for various projects.
  • Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications such as COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.
  • Commercial catering tickets are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fault‑find issues effectively.
  • Good general experience working in occupied premises.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • A customer‑focused approach.
