Admin Support Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and well‑organised Senior Office Administrator to support their busy Customer Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a leading company and contributing to a friendly and professional team. The office is based in the Aston area.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Answering phone calls and handling general email correspondence
- Assisting with document preparation and internal communications
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting with invoicing and orders
Office Admin Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior admin support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
- Advanced Excel User
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of larger team
Office Hours
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
Pay Rate dependent on Experience up to £14.49 per hour.
