Selling properties in the lucrative market of Rugby and surrounding areas, you will have the opportunity to earn up to £50k during your first year and progress within the company. This is a demanding, yet very rewarding role.
The Duties Of a Sales Negotiator
- Sourcing new business and seeing business through to completion
- Organising property viewings
- Working to financial, individual and team targets
- Increasing the company turnover
- Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Canvassing and marketing
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
