AC & Refrigeration Engineer – Mobile Role – Covering Sites Across England
Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Company Van (Personal Use Included)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00–17:00 (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PPM (planned preventive maintenance) and reactive repairs on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including:
- VRV/VRF systems
- Split systems
- Cold rooms
- Chillers
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar AC & Refrigeration Engineering role.
- Relevant qualification, ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent).
- FGAS certification (Category 1) is essential.
- Additional qualifications such as CO2 handling are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams/manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using handheld devices for job logging and reporting.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
