Winner Recruitment are looking to recruit Yard Shunters for our client based in Warrington.
Nights shift any 5 out of 7 per week
21:00/21:30 start time during the week
16:00 start time weekends
Immediate Start.
Pay Rates £15.40 - £22.00 (holiday included)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Yard shunting on bays liaising with the warehouse team.
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Dealing with client and colleagues face to face in a professional manner
- Using tablet to control trailer moves
An ideal candidate will have:
- Class 1 HGV licence – 6 months Class 1 driving experience
- Have no more than 6 points on your licence (No DR, DD or IN codes)
- Have driven as a Class 1 HGV Driver for the last 180 days in the UK
- All drivers must have full CPC & digi-tacho card
- Understanding of working time directive
- Professional and positive attitude
- Adaptability and good attitude to learning
