We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrician to join a facilities team responsible for keeping busy sites running smoothly. The role will mainly be covering EICR checks on domestic properties.

Location: City of London

Salary: £46-48k per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out EICR checks on domestic properties
  • Reactive and planned electrical maintenance

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, commercial, or building services environments

  • Strong communication and the ability to manage your own workload
