Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Brighton? Winner Recruitment are working closely with a large Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit for a Receptionist within Brighton. The role is full time working 8am-4:30pm. This will be an on‑going, long term temporary position initially. You will be required to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Managing bookings, appointments, and visitor sign‑ins
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front‑of‑house area
  • Assisting other team members with ad‑hoc administrative duties
