You will work with the Project Engineers to support technical documentation required, including material requisitions, drawings, parts documentation, and related tasks. The role is with an established engineering business and offers a varied range of responsibilities suitable for an experienced Administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process requisitions for materials, equipment, and services.Fold engineering drawings and conduct initial checks for obvious errors prior to engineer review.Print and prepare parts documentation and related components.Chase outstanding parts and maintain up-to-date packing lists.Prepare and issue manuals and drawing re-issues.Support day-to-day operational tasks, including recycling, document retrieval, and weighing assistance.Locate and track parts and items in process/stores.Conduct general administrative duties, including report preparation and project tracking.QualificationsPrevious experience as an Engineering Administrator (or similar) with a good eye for detail and comfort working with technical documentation.Administration experience within a manufacturing or engineering business in general.Flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team; opportunity to cover a range of tasks to keep the role engaging.Good communication skills for liaison with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.Proficient with Microsoft Office and generally good IT skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
