TRADE STORE ASSISTANT – FARNBOROUGH

13 Eelmoor Rd, Farnborough, GU14 7QN

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy a dynamic work environment? Can you see yourself making a difference in the construction industry? We are currently looking for a Trade Store Assistant to join our busy team in Farnborough.

Responsibilities

Serve customers at the Trade Counter and handle cash and card transactions with precision.
Pick goods for customer collections and maintain a tidy, well-stocked Trade Counter.
Ensure the cleanliness of the store and warehouse.
Support the Trade Store Manager with stock control, check deliveries, and assist in stock takes while adhering to all Health and Safety policies.
Be flexible to take on additional tasks as directed by the Trade Store Manager.

Requirements

Construction Industry Experience would be an advantage
Full Clean Driving Licence is essential due to our \\\’same day\\\’ delivery commitment
Counterbalance Forklift Licence is desirable (training will be provided after successful completion of your 3 month probation period)
Strong interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills with Safe Handling Awareness
IT Literate
Previous face-to-face customer service experience with strong communication skills

Benefits

Salary: £29,000
22 days holiday as standard, with potential to increase after long-term service
Excellent bonus scheme based on store performance (eligible after successful completion of your 3 month probation period)
