We are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our vibrant and expanding team in St Helens. This is an 'in house' role and you will need to be located within commutable distance from St Helens , Merseyside. This is an outstanding chance to kick-start your career with a forward-thinking organisation, working on diverse projects in a supportive environment.
Hours of Work: full time Monday-Friday plus one Saturday per month
As a Graduate Building Surveyor with us, you will play a crucial role in booking surveys (level 1, 2, and 3), ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. You will educate clients about the services we offer and advise on what survey type is best for their prospective property or home. This role offers key insight into surveying, providing valuable learning opportunities before progressing onto site work as a qualified professional.
Graduate Building Surveyor Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Great sales skills led by service and knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Motivated to learn and develop within the construction industry
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
