About the Role
This role supports the Wigan & Leigh Hospice executive team and board. As Executive Assistant you will co-ordinate meetings and provide administrative support to the Executive team, dealing with complex and often sensitive information. Working closely with the company secretary, you will provide support to the board and its committees, including arranging the meetings, co-ordinating and circulating papers, minute taking and ensuring action logs are updated and accurately maintained. This is an important role in an organisation that is values-led and delivers vital care and support across the borough.
Working Pattern
This is a 37-hour per week role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (Friday 4pm finish).
Note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route of the UK’s points-based immigration system. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence of this before taking up the post. Successful appointments will be subject to a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
