About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to run CNC machines and develop CAM programs to produce high-quality, precision components. The role involves machine setup, programming, and inspection within a busy machine shop environment. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Create, develop, and prove CNC programs to produce consistently accurate parts
- Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs, including manned and unmanned operation
- Work from customer drawings and specifications, maintaining tight tolerances
- Carry out routine machine maintenance checks and complete required records
- Report tooling requirements and suggest tooling or process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams, providing input for SOPs
About you

- Experience in CNC machining and CAM programming - Preferably Hurco and Edgecam.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams
