We're looking for a sharp, experienced TikTok Shop Live Moderator/Producer to run the operation behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera. You'll own everything that makes a live perform - the set, the offers, the pacing, the energy. The host focuses on selling; you make sure everything around them is optimised in real time.
What You'll Do
- Operate Live Manager independently - launching flash sales, voucher drops, giveaways, and auctions without hand-holding
- Monitor audience signals in real time and adjust pacing, offers, and energy accordingly
- Direct the host discreetly - cue them on offers, trending comments, and moments to push
- Jump on camera when needed to co-host, hype a segment, or keep momentum going
- Set up and maintain an attractive, brand-appropriate live set
- Manage stream tech via TikTok Live Studio or OBS - you're responsible for stream quality
- Brief the host pre-live and debrief post-live with performance notes
Requirements
- Based in London (on-site role)
- Hands‑on TikTok Shop LIVE experience - you've run lives, not just watched them
- Confident on camera; able to step in and engage naturally without disrupting flow
- Proficient in TikTok Live Manager - offers, flash sales, giveaways, auctions all second nature
- Working knowledge of TikTok Live Studio or OBS
- Strong instincts for audience engagement - you read a room fast and act faster
Nice to Have
- Experience producing lives for health, wellness, or family brands
- Eye for set design and visual presentation
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop analytics and post‑live reporting
