We’re looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual TikTok Shop Campaign Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Strudel and our German-speaking client portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and high-performance campaign execution. You’ll manage campaigns, handle back-end operations, and turn insights into growth.
What you’ll do:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, brands, and content creators.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end).
- Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance.
- Spot trends & apply strategic thinking to scale results.
- Work both independently & as part of our team.
- Coordinate with creators & negotiate partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
- TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) - Livestreams are a plus!
- Professional C2-Level written and spoken ability in German.
- Strong reporting & analytical skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented & strategic thinker.
- Confident communicator with creators & clients.
- Proactive, adaptable & a fast learner who thinks outside the box.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5.
