Strudel is a TikTok-first agency obsessed with TikTok Shop. We power creator-led selling for standout brands — including Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, FreeSoul and Sports Research — delivering real sales through smart affiliate programs and killer campaign strategies.

We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Campaign Executive with hands-on experience managing at least one TikTok Shop account. You’ll be the bridge between creators, affiliates, and brands —driving campaigns, managing back-end operations, and turning insights into growth 🚀.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end).
  • Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance.
  • Spot trends & apply strategic thinking to scale results. đź§ 
  • Work both independently & as part of our team.
  • Coordinate with creators & negotiate partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

  • TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) – Livestreams are a plus!
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented & strategic thinker.
  • Confident communicator with creators & clients.
  • Proactive, adaptable & a fast learner who thinks outside the box
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5.
