Strudel is a TikTok-first agency obsessed with TikTok Shop. We power creator-led selling for standout brands — including Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, FreeSoul and Sports Research — delivering real sales through smart affiliate programs and killer campaign strategies.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual TikTok Shop Campaign Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Strudel and our German-speaking client portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and high-performance campaign execution. You’ll manage campaigns, handle back-end operations, and turn insights into growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, brands, and content creators.
  • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end).
  • Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance.
  • Spot trends & apply strategic thinking to scale results.
  • Work both independently & as part of our team.
  • Coordinate with creators & negotiate partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

  • TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) - Livestreams are a plus!
  • Professional C2-Level written and spoken ability in German.
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented & strategic thinker.
  • Confident communicator with creators & clients.
  • Proactive, adaptable & a fast learner who thinks outside the box.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5.
