Strudel is a TikTok-first agency obsessed with TikTok Shop. We power creator-led selling for standout brands — including Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, FreeSoul and Sports Research — delivering real sales through smart affiliate programs and killer campaign strategies.

We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Campaign Executive with hands-on experience managing at least one TikTok Shop account. You’ll be the bridge between creators, affiliates, and brands — driving campaigns, managing back-end operations, and turning insights into growth.

  • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end (front & back-end).
  • Recruit, onboard & support TikTok Shop affiliates.
  • Monitor, analyse & report on Shop performance.
  • TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back-end) - Livestreams are a plus!

Hybrid working (Barbican office) - We come into the office every Tuesday & Thursday and have free lunch every Friday! Performance bonuses every December.

Salary: £34k - £40k based on experience.
